Matsuri

A freshman in the art department who becomes a resident of the Hidamari Apartments at the start of Yuno's third year, after Hiro and Sae graduate. She is nicknamed "Festa-san" (フェス太さん) by Miyako as a reading of her name (まつり) could also mean 'festival.'
