Ohgi Mikado

Mayor of Haimachi, head of the Mikado family and Outarou's mother. She owns several real estate agencies in Haimachi. Ohgi is the model for Haimachi's mascot 'Ohgi-chan' and lives to improve the lives of others and to better the world. Her proper personality caused her son to distance himself from her. She went blind in her teens.
