Red Raven V and the only female executioner, known as the "Spirit Usurper". Connie uses dominoes that contain various chemical substances that can paralyze, disorient and cause hallucinations in her targets, but also act as medicine to heal others. She's an albino and extremely afraid of insects, sometimes also resorting to foul language that gets censored or she gets chided by Silvio.
