Ryoutarou Igawa

Mamoru's teammate who mainly deals with the technical aspects of Blade's operations. Drives in a Chevrolet Astro modified with electronics and communications equipments, including a police scanner with the van being made bulletproof and able to change colors. He had a little sister that was going to graduate from elementary school, but was killed.
