Gisela Ruffvie Greerglass

Gisela is the second prince and the kingdom's chief magician. His mother was a high elf, but couldn't get used to life among humans and returned to her home immediately after giving birth; as such, Gisela was raised by Paulola's mother, and is closer to Paulola than to the rest of his half-brothers.
