Mikado

Mikado is the emperor of the country of Ji Pang ("mikado" literally translates to "emperor"). He is surrounded by beautiful women, some of whom have magical powers. He refers to himself by the royal "we".

He is put off by Ludwig's attitude towards women, and offers him and his party the choice of going to find his fiancée Kaguya-hime and having their ship repaired should they succeed, or being showered in arrows.
