Fung Lung

One of the Four Celestial Kings, Hak Lung’s right hand men. He attends Hak Lung and Kurumi’s school and is in their class, remaining silent most of the time and never smiling. He hates unintelligent people and won’t obey anyone else’s orders except for Hak Lung’s. Apparently, he has been considered a genius since childhood, and as such, he is noted as being the brains behind the Dragon King Organization. He is extremely loyal to Hak Lung, so much to the point where he practically idolizes him.

His name in Cantonese means “wind dragon.”

He made a small cameo in one of Mayu Shinjou’s other works, “Love Celeb,” assisting Hak Lung in kidnapping Kirara.
