Ton Buchou

Ton is the director of the accounting department and the primary antagonist of Season 1 of the Netflix Original series Aggretsuko. He is Retsuko's direct boss and makes her work life extremely difficult. However, sometimes he helps Retsuko when she gets caught in her emotional troubles, despite using tough love.
