Donald Bachmann

He is the boss of an organization based out of the port city of Barosela. He has the name "Trigger." He takes in and trains war orphans as his subordinates and makes them powerful members of his organization. He sends an assassin after Ryang-ha for the sake of an undisclosed goal.
