Arbiter Angel

He is an angel with the rank of Inspector. He is tasked with judging souls and appoints Calen as the new shinigami, although Calen doesn't remember his trial. He has a playful personality, is fascinated with observing humans even after thousands of years, and enjoys teasing Seishin by calling him Sei-chan.
