Billy Alfred

Billy is the leader of Under and former member no. 3 of the Round Table. He is a Negator with the alias Unbelievable. Billy is a cool and carefree person that seems to not mind being in danger or even realizing he was in the first place. He's shown to be knowledgeable of guns and is a self-admitted sweets lover.
