Cinderella

Appears in the sixth chapter, Golden Shoes, Silver Shoes. Her name is never revealed, but Chiaki's friend nicknames her "Cinderella". She is the one who accidentally takes a shoe from Chiaki's pair when leaving the dentist's office. She is shown to be well off and refined, but tends to space out and not remember things.
