Chan Kang

Kang Chan is the main protagonist of God Of Blackfield and a Reincarnate.

In his previous life, Kang Chan was a captain of the French foreign legion along with Dayeru, Smithen, and Sharlan. During one of his missions, he gained infamy and became known as the "God of Blackfield".

In 2016, he was assigned with a mission to clear out enemy soldiers of a head executive named Masallan in Africa. Five squads were dispatched including Chan's team which included Smithen and Dayeru along with six other members. Two kilometers before the arrived at their destination the team fell into an enemy's ambush, Smithen got shot first and the whole team was overwhelmed under enemy's fire. As the firefight continued, Dayeru got shot whilst Kang Chan tried to keep Smithen from bleeding out. However, as he stood to fight the enemy and help his follow soldiers, Chan was killed by a shot from a sniper to the back of his head; his last sight as he lay dying was the enemy troops moving forward and killing his teammates.

As Kang Chan's mind fell into oblivion, he felt severe headache and thirst. As he gradually came to his senses, he could heard a person speaking Korean. He finds out that he is in Se-Byeol Hospital in Gangnam, South Korea. As he learns that he was unconscious for 3 days, he runs over to a mirror and discovers that he's now in the body of an 18-years-old Korean boy who's also named Kang Chan.
