Takurou Nishijima

The king of the ecological design research lab. Reads people like an animal's instinct and will notice "ah this guy is passionate about his work." before anybody else. Once he realizes their passion he will let them do as they please so they would enjoy what they're doing. In chapter 3, it was found out that he's fast at coming up with solutions so he was asked to go to Sweden.
