Chikako Katsuragi

Chikako is Tatsuya's mother. Aware that Tatsuya and Yuuki liked each other romantically as kids, Chikako lied to Yuuki that Tatsuya was in dangerously poor health; this led to Yuuki refusing to run away with Tatsuya, which the latter saw as a betrayal.
