Isuzu Osaka

Former captain in the anti-vampire safety forces. Now that he's teamed up with Baroque, the two have undertaken a mission to wipe out vampires all over Japan. For unknown reasons, he doesn't have any memories from before about a year ago, and there isn't anyone who knows him from before that time either. Perhaps due to that fact, his feel for the world around him isn't quite the same as his peers'. He's a sociable man who's good at dealing with people, and those who know him say he's a smooth talker.
