Ramon Victorino

Ramon Victorino is a forward from Uruguay, known as the "Black Panther of South America".

He's a character who first appeared in Captain Tsubasa arc, chapter 90. He's the captain of Uruguay and he wears the jerseys #9 and #11, respectively.
