Yo Utsurogi is a primary ally featured in Gleanings of Paradise, a short story that is part of the Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan: Short Story Collection. She is the daughter of Toshiya Utsurogi and has a wheat allergy.

She accompanies her father and Rohan Kishibe to a village where her father's best friend from university cultivates a legendary wheat called the Gleanings of Paradise, which could apparently cure Yo's allergy.
