Marie's mother. Rose was a witch renowned for her beauty, though others tended to look down on her magical abilities and called her "talentless". Her own mother did the same, even implying that Rose should use her body to earn money. Rose divorced her husband, though the reason for it is unknown. After Marie makes a contract with Key at only 10 years old, Rose becomes emotionally closed off.
