Franz Cartier

A pastor and follower of the French Church. Franz expresses great interest in Theo, as he believes him to be the incarnation of Jeanne d'Arc's rage at the world for what was done to her. He tends to be loud and flamboyant and frequently tries to flirt with Marie, though he is rejected. He has been mentoring Charles for ten years.
