Rachel is a childish young woman with an easygoing nature. She always seems to be happy or carefree even in stressful and dangerous situations. Unlike Engen, John or Ihwa, Rachel isn't a stoic type of person and isn't tight-lipped like them as she prefers to talk more than her quit comrades.
