Touko Kurosaka

A physically outstanding Class A student of "The Academy" thanks to her powerful enhancements and body expansion surgery. She is Naozumi's younger sister and an antagonist along with him throughout the first arc. Touko is mute and communicates only though making a "Fssh" sound with her gas mask.
