Taro Aso

The Minister for Foreign Affairs who eventually became the 92nd Prime Minister of Japan. Known as an able sharpshooter (since he represented the Japanese shooting team in the 1976 Summer Olympics) and plays mahjong in support for Koizumi. Won General Kim in a game of mahjong with the "Emerald Green" hand (All green).
