Akashikibu's Fangirl

A fangirl who was used as a test subject for a new shapeshifting type Mysticker by Akashikibu (aka Murasaki Shikibu), whom she worships. After testing the incomplete Mysticker "WolfJack", the girl's face was left ugly and beast-like, and in order to cure it, she attacked Daichi as instructed by Murasaki Shikibu.
