Vivica
ビビカ
Vivica is one of the characters of the No\Name manga series, written by Rafal Jaki and illustrated by Machine Gamu.
Vivica, Kára’s mother, worked the night shift at a shop. Her daughter Kára had been involved in a troubled relationship with Bodil Ipsen. Vivica had been unaware of the complexities and struggles within her daughter's life. Kára, initially a common girl, fell in love with Bodil, who used his Name Power to persuade her to have a child. Although Kára was not inclined to have children, Bodil's manipulation led to her pregnancy. Kára resented this and wanted to escape the situation. She became increasingly distressed, especially when Bodil named their son after himself, believing it would lead the boy to use and control others as Bodil had done.
Kára's distress escalated to the point where she decided to leave Bodil and try to change her son's name before he could attach to it, which would make it permanent. Vivica’s role in this turmoil was mainly that of a worried mother who eventually saw her daughter’s life spiral out of control. Following Kára's death at the hands of Ursula, Vivica was left grieving and desperate. She saw her only daughter killed and was distraught over her grandson's future with Bodil, whom she considered a monster. Despite Ralf and Ursula's attempts to reassure her, Vivica remained unconvinced and embittered by the system’s failure to protect her family.
