Bianqiao San Niangzi is a shenguai and the "third lady of Plank Bridge Inn".

San Niangzi is a woman of average height with short, dark hair. When disguised as a merchant, she wears a near-constant salesperson's smile. She wears a black dress with a white cloak over her shoulders and hanging earrings with gems embedded in them.

While almost entirely human-looking, San Niangzi also possesses fox-like ears on top of her head, which she typically keeps hidden under a cap.
