Hugo Rhodes
Biography
The father of Elena, Courtney, and Joseph. He allowed his other children to die throughout the years and doesn't really care for them but appreciates their skills. He accepted money and rewards from the emperor to take in Sirus and "teach him" but the emperor wants him to kill Sirus instead.
He isn't actually Elena's true father and kill her original father to raise her as his own.
