Aside from her tactical active hunter duties, she works deeply as an archaeologist who harbors a unique fascination with studying the history of monsters and dungeons. Because of her pleasant demeanor and shared passion for understanding the nature of entities, she crosses paths with Cha Min-woo (Baphomet), developing a genuine, deep chemistry with him that serves as a major emotional anchor in the early arcs.

Beneath her ordinary hunter identity lies a tragic, horrific secret. Yeoreum is host to a parasitic entity born from a dark experiment during her childhood, making her the Apostle of Gluttony—one of the Disciples representing the Seven Deadly Sins. This entity fragments her psyche; it frequently takes full control of her body to commit horrific acts, consuming other hunters to feed its hunger, leaving Yeoreum with fractured memories and lost time.

As a highly capable combatant, her kit utilizes deadly necromancy alongside unique spider-like physical traits. Her standard gear consists of a tactical chest breastplate, a purple waist wrap, and specialized armaments built for quick execution.
