Saito

An engineer working for Apollon Media. He is in charge of developing the suits for the company's superheroes. He speaks with a voice that is barely audible, but shouts loudly when he speaks over the radio. He also has a penchant for adding new upgrades to the suits that has very little usefulness in battle, such as a clock on the left arm of Tiger's suit for checking the time, and new transforming weapons that appeared to enhance Tiger and Barnaby's strength but were mainly for show.
