Tottemo Kawaii Watashi to Tsukiatte yo! won a Special Award at the 25th Sneaker Bunko Grand Prix. It was originally titled "Kimi ga Suki na Watashi ga Suki!: Inkya to Narcissist no Seishun Roleplay" (君が好きな私が好き!～陰キャとナルシストの青春ロールプレイ～).
