Background
7Fates: Chakho is a part of the BTS Universe, with each main character representing one of the group's seven members. The webtoon is the first installment in the 7Fates series in collaboration between Webtoon Entertainment and Hybe Corporation. It is originally a webtoon series that was released in print by Haksan Publishing (학산문화사) from November 9, 2023, to November 21, 2024. The story is inspired by "Chakhogapsa," historical tiger hunters of the Korean Joseon dynasty. The concept is used to propel the innovative way of original musical storytelling where the artist, the music, and the story all connect to maximize the value and enjoyment of each part. The series has been published digitally in English, French, German, Indonesian, Spanish, and Thai by Webtoon Entertainment. It has been published in print by Yen Press under the Ize Press imprint since October 24, 2023.
