Background

Happy Birthday was originally released as 5 doujinshi volumes from November 18, 2012 to March 2, 2014, and was serialized on Lezhin Comics from October 15, 2015 to November 26, 2015. A new side story was included with the doujinshi compilation volume released on January 7, 2017; this story was included in the Ridibooks release on October 23, 2020. The series was published digitally in English by Manta.
