The Red Knight Seeks No Reward is originally a web novel which began on Joara, and was later serialized on KakaoPage, where 156 web chapters were released from January 23, 2020 to June 18, 2021. It was published in print by KW Books under the Witch Book imprint (위치북) on July 14, 2021. The original web novel has been published digitally in English by Tapas Media since October 18, 2024.
