Uchuu Seibutsugakusha Pratess began as a web comic released on the author's pixiv account since June 3, 2021. The web comic has been published as a doujinshi since June 6, 2021, when the first sample volume was released at COMITIA 136. Official serialization started in Michikusa on October 13, 2021.
