Synopsis

Kaoru Shinonome, who had been living as a freelancer, invests her inheritance in property and buys a vast old condominium. Her dream life as a wealthy landlord is about to begin—but there are no living tenants, only spirits, and her new property is a rollercoaster ride of psychic phenomena. Background

Wakeari Shinrei Mansion began as a web comic released on the author's Twitter account since July 9, 2021. Serialization began in Kurage Bunch on May 13, 2022. The series has been published in English as Welcome to Ghost Mansion by Titan Comics under the Titan Manga imprint since January 28, 2025.
