Synopsis

Background
Kokuhaku was published in English as Confessions by Hachette Book Group under the Mulholland Books imprint on August 19, 2014. It was also published in French by Seuil on May 7, 2015, in German by C. Bertelsmann Verlag on March 27, 2017, and in Spanish by Nocturna on October 4, 2021. The novel received a Japanese live-action film adaptation, which premiered on June 5, 2010.
