Fumitoshi Oizaki

Oizaki Fumitoshi was born on October 15, 1975 in Oita Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from Yoyogi Animation school and joined Studio Uni afterwards. After leaving Studio Uni, he became a freelancer and often works with studios Sunrise and GONZO. In 2008, him and former GONZO producer Ikeda Touyo founded Encourage Films Co., Ltd, with a capital of 5 million yen.

Ikeda Touyo would serve as the representative director and president of Encourage Films. With the death of Ikeda Touyo, on February 17, 2013, he was appointed as the representative director and president of Encourage Films.
