Hidenori Matsubara

Birth place: Toyama Prefecture, Japan

He is a character designer, illustrator and animator. Worked in several Gainax productions, such as Gunbuster, Nadia, Evangelion and Otaku no Video. Was the character design for Gankutsuou and Oh! My Goddess.

He now works for Studio Khara, being the animation director of the Rebuild movies.
