Ryuuhou Ookawa

The founder of the Happy Science (Koufuku no Kagaku) religious organization and the Happiness Realization Party political party in Japan.

Since the founding of Happy Science, Ookawa has reportedly written and published some 500 books, of which some are best-sellers and four have been made into full-feature movies.

Ookawa passed away on March 2nd 2023.
