Golden Bomber

Golden Bomber is a visual kei "air" band, formed by Sho Kiryuuin and Yutaka Kyan.

Kiryuuin not only performs vocals but also writes the lyrics, composes and arranges all of the band's songs. He initially wanted to be a comedian, but after graduating from the Yoshimoto NSC comedy school, he realised that this was not the right path for him and opted to form a band instead.

The other members cannot play their instruments. During their concerts they only pretend to play, while often putting them aside to dance or to do a "performance".

The song that represents them is "Memeshikute", which they performed at various huge music shows such as Kouhaku Utagassen for 4 consecutive years.
