Tomoyoshi Joukou

Birthplace: Ehime Prefecture, Japan

Tomoyoshi Joukou came to Tokyo, Japan in 2003 to study animation in the Faculty of Arts at Tokyo Polytechnic University under the renowned Taku Furukawa, continuing on to take the graduate program. After graduating in March of 2009, he began his career as a freelance animator while working as a part-time instructor at his alma mater. He is currently part of the creative unit Decovocal, along with Hiroko Ichinose.
